The IOW Festival has now teamed up with two of the country's leading car sharing websites to encourage as many of you as possible to car share to this year's Festival.
Liftshare and GoCarShare are experienced Festival providers, so click on the links below, check out their services, and see which one works for your area. And this year, you can now use both through your facebook page.
The IOW Festival will again be offering Priority Parking spaces to those who have officially registered with either company.

If you need a lift - or if you have space in your car - try The Isle of Wight Festival liftshare. It's really quick to register and you can do it through Facebook!
When four of you drive together, you each quarter your travel costs (giving you more festi spending money!) plus you help the environment.

Park your car nearer to the festival and have a shorter walk to your campsite when you register with the Isle of Wight Car-share scheme provided by Liftshare

Why not consider car sharing to the Isle of Wight Festival?
With the average 100 mile car journey leading to over 20 kg of CO2 being produced, goCarShare has the potential to reduce the Festival's carbon footprint considerably.
It's a great way to save money if you are driving and, as it is built around Facebook, you can see if your friends are going, find like-minded people to travel with, and check people out before agreeing to share.
