Customers who are experiencing difficulties or concerns with their wristbands should on arrival visit the box office cabins located by the Car Parking Gate , Bus Drop Off Gate and Medina Gate (for non camping from Friday 13.00 only). It will help to speed up the process if you can bring along ID for the lead name supplied when you made the original purchase.

CAMPING PRE-PAID COLLECTIONS FROM "CAR GATE BOX OFFICE" (Gate 3) for campers arriving by car and on foot - AND FROM "BUS GATE BOX OFFICE" (Gate 2) for campers arriving by bus being dropped at bus drop-off point at the campsite  - DURING THE FOLLOWING HOURS

Special Needs Access

The main stage viewing platform and platform access car park are both now full, please don't turn up on spec as unfortunately we will not be able to accommodate you. The Special Needs camping area within the main campsite still has space available, please call Ticket Zone on 08444 99 99 55 to book your space. When you arrive at the campsite please ask stewards for directions. Although the car park and platform are full if you do have mobility difficulties you can be dropped at the Backstage/Disabled/Vip entrance to enter the festival. Please contact Ticketzone to arrange this 08444 99 99 55.

If you are registered disabled your carer is entitled to a free ticket, please can Ticketzone on 08444 99 99 55.  This applies to Non-camping tickets only as camping tickets are all sold out.

Facilities

• Charging points for electric wheelchairs are available upon request , please ask campsite staff or stewards.
• Accessible toilets will be positioned at various places around the festival  including the campsite  and we aim to protect them from  general public use.
• There is a shuttle bus between the special needs camping area and the main stage arena.
• Stewards will be on hand to help with any issues that may arise during the weekend
