Appeared at the Isle of Wight Festival in 2009

Hailed as one of the most influential alternative bands of all time, Pixies will bring their unique mix of punk and surf rock to this year's Isle of Wight Festival for the first time, it will also be their ONLY UK festival appearance in 2009.

After paying tribute to the legendary Neil Young throughout their career, Pixies will take to the main stage ahead of their musical hero, who is filling the top slot and closing the festival on Sunday 14th June. Pixies are sure to perform a scorching set of their cult classics at what is set to be another Isle of Wight Festival to remember!
